One vs. Many Reconciliation

When it comes to reconciling a bank statement, many of our clients prefer having a single payroll debit per period, instead of the who-knows-how-many individual cashed checks to reconcile. If you issue a significant number of cashable or “live” checks, you, too, might prefer to have the clearing done on our end, not yours. If so, your payroll checks would be drawn and cleared from Payroll Link’s bank account, and we debit yours once for all net checks.

P.S. We can still do stop-payments on the live checks, if you need us to.
