Environmental Control Systems

The server room is protected by environmental control systems and additional security measures:

  • Fire alarm and smoke detectors with after-hours offsite monitoring
  • 24/7 temperature and humidity control and monitoring, with remote notification
  • 25 kVA diesel generator with automatic switchovers, tested weekly
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) battery backup

Information Safeguards

We have three separate processes to ensure retention and backup of data, and Management receives automatic email verification of success/failure of each process.

1. Asynchronous Data Replication (ADR). Every time a file on the database changes, the replication process is instantaneous.

2. Online Offsite Nightly Backup. Every weekday night, an automated process backs up all data to an offsite server that retains the backup for seven days.

3. Local Database Backups. Every weekday night we also backup of all data locally to separate server.
