  • If we miss your target transition date, we’ll refund your first month’s fees.
  • Within the first 60 days, if you’re not delighted that you switched, we’ll refund your fees and switch you back.
STEP #1 Tell Us About Yourself  
Your sales rep will interview you to set up your company profile and account information, and then we essentially need three things from you:
• Employees’names and vital stats
• A report of their current YTD earnings from your current system’s
   MTD/QTD/YTD report,
• A copy of the last quarterly return filed by your current processor.
STEP #2 The Ball’s in Our Court
• We enter all the information into our system.
• Your individual Client Service Representative will painstakingly
   proofread and audit the data.
• Our Tax Department makes sure the tax setup passes inspection.
• We verify with the government that all tax payments have been
   made on your behalf.
• We send you a report that says you’re ready to go.
STEP#3 Let’s Run Your First Payroll
• Some companies email or fax their payroll information to us each pay
   period, which means they’re ready to go without training.
• For clients who will use the remote software to submit payroll, we
   provide 1:1 online training to run the first payroll, as well as reports.
   Actually, we provide ongoing, unlimited training beyond the first payroll.
• Specific training on customizing reports is also available.
