Time Off Accrual
We know how it is. If you’re like most of our clients, there’s no such thing as “simple” when it comes to time-off accruals. Perhaps you have separate sick policies for full and part time employees, five different vacation policies based on hire date, and then there’s always the proverbial “we need to change an employee’s accrual rate because she just got her 10-year pin.”
Relax. Our system is so fully customizable, it doesn’t matter how completely unique you think you are. You can have a different policy for each and every employee, if you so desire. We can set up all the various tiers and triggers on a company level, so that you don’t have to do it yourself as they happen. We even have a time-off history screen that you can view, by employee, in the computer.
In keeping with our 1:1 focus and custom configurability, you can also decide how much accrual information actually prints on the employee’s pay stub. Some clients want balance only, or time accrued minus the time taken version of a balance. For new-hires, we can actually prevent the accrual from appearing on the check stub until the probationary period is over and the employee becomes permanent.
