Our people side is pretty straightforward. We’ve assembled a loyal team of professionals who are empowered to make decisions and inspired to go the extra mile for you . . . because they actually like to build relationships, not handle mere transactions. As we said before, we’re leaner and keener than the national brands, independently owned and operated. We don’t have a lot of layers, silos, power plays or game playing. We love what we do for a living, and life seems to love us right back.

Mike Demerjian, Founder and President

Mike, our president, is a CPA who has been doing business in California’s “Inland Empire” for 20 years. After 13 years of providing  business owners with accounting, financial planning and consulting services, Mike started Payroll Link because his clients kept asking him to do so and he saw a real need for payroll service in the industry. 

He is active in the industry, a member of the American Payroll Association, and a current member and former board member of the Independent Payroll Providers Association. Mike and his family enjoy their annual boat trip on Lake Powell and motorcycle riding in the desert.
